Working the desk answering phone calls, scheduling class and spa appointments, and assisting members as they use the facilities. The S/F Attendant is the point of contact for Members in this area. They answer questions, ring up retail sales and many other duties pertaining to customer service.

Server

The Server is responsible for menu service and will possess the knowledge to ensure the Guests have an unsurpassed experience. The Server will engage with the Guests and provide all steps of service in a professional and courteous manner. It is the Server's responsibility to make every Member's visit a memorable one. It is also the responsibility of the Server to do all the preparation and side work to ensure that all of the team members have a successful shift.

The Busser is responsible for assisting all front of house staff to ensure Guests have an unsurpassed experience. Host

The Host is the face of the restaurant, helping maintain an efficient and courteous operation by greeting arriving Members and seating, establishing rapport and assisting with restaurant service. Receives and accurately processes payment for restaurant charges.

Food Runner

The Food Runner ensures quality guest service by supporting the culinary team with delivery of food from the kitchen to the Member's/Guest's table as quickly as possible.
