This position is responsible for all written material regarding member communication which includes email blasts, postcards, newsletter, calendar, membership guide, invitations and menus. Management of the membership website is also a function of this position along with other communication materials. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication, 3-5 years of proven successful writing experience. Strong writing skills and attention to detail is a must. Member Services Assistant is responsible for the reception area in the spa and fitness facility. These responsibilities include greeting all members, answering phone calls, assisting members with questions regarding spa and fitness services and products, booking all appointments, checking the member into the computer system and charging for services performed. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of customer service related experience and possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
